Pemaquid Point Lighthouse Park

The Pemaquid Point Lighthouse Park is run and maintained by the Bristol Parks and Recreation Department. The park is open to visitors 9am-5pm everyday from the Middle of May until mid to late October (closing date varies each year). Other attractions at the Park include:
  • Learning Center
  • Fishermen's Museum
  • Art Gallery with art displayed and for sale from Pemaquid Group of Artists
  • There are public restrooms on site
The Lighthouse Tower is operated by Friends of Pemaquid Point Lighthouse and staffed by volunteer docents with the group. They have daily hours for climbing and is open weather permitting Memorial weekend until early October. Please call ahead to check availability if coming to climb the tower.
There is a $1.00 suggested donation, collected at the tower by Friends of Pemaquid Point Lighthouse, to climb to the top.
Please note- there is a 46 inch height requirement to climb the tower when it is open.  This is for safety reasons and will not be waived.
